Adult TennisThere are many benefits when playing tennis not least the health and fitness side of things, but playing tennis is also a great social activity perfect for meeting new people and playing a game that's exciting, fun and accessible.

Playing tennis serves up a good appetite for burning calories and is an amazing vehicle for physical and mental health. A tennis session can help you tone, lose weight and develop muscular strength and flexibility.

At J L Tennis Academy we like to incorporate the fitness element into our classes like Spanish Drills, Tennis Fitness and Spanish Drills+.

Spanish Drills - Using proven core drills from sunny Spain and we have created a programme that's energetic and exciting. Hit as many tennis balls a possible in 1 hour of drilling!

Tennis Fit - here the aim is to create a circuit attributed to an element of tennis from footwork to serving the tennis fit enhance your personal fitness and improve your tennis skills. Tennis fit is a great social class full of fun and exercise. Heart rate pumping and tennis thumping!

Spanish Drills+ - The + is for added time, more time on court, more balls to hit, more drills, more energy, more sweat!
