Weather & Cancellations 

Weather, Cancellations and Missed Sessions

1.      Our sessions take place outdoors and are therefore subject to weather conditions. Where weather or court conditions make it unsafe or unsuitable to play, sessions may be cancelled at short notice in the interests of participant safety.

2.      Where a session is cancelled due to adverse weather or safety concerns beyond our control, this will not normally entitle participants to a refund.

3.      Where multiple sessions are cancelled within a term, we will make reasonable efforts to offer one or more of the following, subject to availability:

• Alternative or catch-up session(s)

• A credit to be used against future sessions

• An extension of the term

4.      Alternative sessions or credits must be used within a reasonable period and may be subject to availability. We cannot guarantee that alternative dates or times will be suitable for every participant.

5.      Refunds may be considered only where we are unable to provide the service at all or where it has not been possible to offer any reasonable alternative. Any refund, where applicable, will be limited to the affected sessions only and not the full term.

6.      Missed sessions due to participant non-attendance, illness, holidays, or personal scheduling issues are not refundable.

Nature of the Service

By enrolling, participants acknowledge that this is an outdoor sporting activity and that occasional disruption due to weather is an inherent part of the service.

Term-based booking clarification

Term bookings represent a block of coaching provision rather than a guarantee of a fixed number of sessions on specific dates.
